Journal Exercise for Changing Your Mindset and Paradigm

Here is How to Heal Your Relationship to Someone or Something (your relationships, your health, your body shape, your money etc.)

Before you can manifest something different, you have to change your relationship to "the thing".

The first time I used this process (although it was intuitive and not distilled into a process the way I have laid it out here)..... I used it to heal myself of mono (in record time) without missing a day of work in my early 20's (it kept me out of fear and victim consciousness so that I could heal).

It's also how I confidently "free birthed" my second child without the interference of experts (stepping into pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood as a spiritual journey and vision quest), midwifed only by the creator. I chose not to entertain anything at all that regarded childbirth as a medical experience, and only consumed information and birth stories about childbirth being natural and instinctual.

If you do this exercise, you will feel better about "the thing" that is on your mind. The only way "the thing" will shift, is if you get a hold of your thoughts and feelings.

It will help you align your heart and mind as one toward materializing what you desire.

It will also help you stop focusing on what you want, but don't have (which is the baseline focus for everything that you feel a lack of).

If your heart (your true feelings) are not aligned to what your mind wants - for whatever reason and whether you like it or not - you will not allow yourself to receive "the means" and "the way" for what you do desire.

You can think about your desires day and night, but they will not materialize, if you don't to know how to "feel it real".

So as much as it's great to be clear about your intentions, that's the easy part.

Here is the part that requires "practice":
1. You have to un-create, as much as you have to consiously create.
2. You have to impregnate your subconscious mind with beliefs that are in alignment with your conscious mind.
3. You have to take action in faith and then trust that the "means" and "the way" will be provided by outside forces beyond your control (you take a step first, then the co-creator steps towards you with "the means" and you do this dance over and over).
4. You have to stay in positive expectation.
5. You have to stay tuned in to the frequency (vibes) where 'the thing' can exist
6. You have to NOT tune into the frequency (vibes) where 'the thing' can't happen.
7. Check in with your 'come from' in all choices/decisions (take action/think from/make decisions from the place of believing that 'the thing" already is).
8. Speak words as though your intentions are already manifested.
9. If you don't want it, don't say it (watch your inner and outer conversations).
10. Internally ‘pretend’ (lay claim to) that you already have it.
11. When external circumstances do not yet reflect your desired creations, and you must speak about them - speak in ‘advantage’ language - otherwise give negative circumstances no attention at all.....act as if they are not there and you do not see them.
12. Review the aforementioned often, until it is your new normal way of 'relating to creating'.

List 3 ways you will 'tune yourself up' to the “station" where your dreams and desires live (eg: eat healthy, listen to sound frequency healing, spend time in nature etc.)

List 3 things that you do that are not in vibrational alignment with your desires/dreams (eg: eating sugar, too much screentime, staying up late etc.)

Put the template you create up all over your house, so that these affirmative words can penetrate your subconscious mind.

When a negative thought or feeling arises due to circumstances triggering you to fall asleep and go unconscious pulling you to think of what you don't want - thus triggering fear, doubt and resistance within you - review the template you have created.

You can also review or record your affirmations and look at them or listen to them first thing in the morning and before bed when your subconscious is the most impressionable.

You can use this process literally on anything.
