Your Body Tells You When You are Deficient in Nutrition

Nutrition deficiency assessments is the third step I walk people through, to create a strong nutritional foundation.
Far too many people skip the whole foods foundation, eating balanced meals and eating more of the specific foods high in the nutrients their body is deficient in and go straight to drugs, supplements and other therapies.
Drugs should be your last resort unless it is an emergency, while supplements and other natural remedies, should be step 5 and 6.
Step 4 is using "food as medicine" - which is eating to restore body systems balance with specific foods that specifically nourish specific organs and body systems (yip, there is lots of specificity!).
Usually when I first start working with clients, they are often already on a plethora of supplements - and often they can't remember why they are even taking them.
I start with a logical and linear approach to creating a foundation for health.
