This is the first step to heal your body.

Most people miss this step when they look for natural health alternatives.

They jump straight to supplements, drugs or surgery.

Obviously, drugs and surgery do nothing to create health and they don’t address the root cause of disease (they simply buy time).

While supplements are not toxic and rarely have side effects, they also don’t get to the root cause of dis-ease (while they are a great adjunct, they can’t compensate for poor-quality foods).

The first step to heal your body is to upgrade the QUALITY of the foods you eat.

After all, a couple of pills with a 1/2 tsp of vitamins (mostly fillers), can't make up for the whole cups of nutrients that your body needs from balanced meals, based on nutrient-dense quality whole foods. 

It’s odd isn’t it, that we give so much more power to pills than food!

I am all for naturally sourced vitamins, but the truth is, 1 little pill a day, has nothing on 3 plates of food a day!.

Just based on pure quantity alone, food has so much more potential to affect your health.

But I digress. Let’s get back to the point.

Healing starts in the kitchen with the quality of the foods you buy. 

Poor standards in your food choices, leads to poor health, no matter how many designer supplements you take.

Eating poorly while taking supplements, is like taking one step forward and then two steps back.

The truth is that to create a basis for health and healing to stand on, you have to lay the whole foods groundwork in your kitchen FIRST!

You MUST make a permanent switch from the Standard North American diet, to a diet of natural whole foods - ideally certified organic - but at the very least, natural, unprocessed foods!

There is no way that you can attain the level of health that you were designed to have as a human, if you don’t eat the natural diet of a human. That is just simple biology.

If you are ready to take your first step on the path to optimal health, then the first thing you must do is give your kitchen a makeover - not how it looks, but what it contains!

Go through every cupboard, your pantry, and your fridge, and get rid of everything that is processed and has additives in it.

Next, fill your cupboards, your pantry, and your fridge with delicious, fresh, and healthy food that is in alignment with health and healing!
