Words Are Medicine

The words you choose to use, and the words you choose to accept when spoken by others, have both the potential to heal or harm. Whatever you acknowledge and then accept becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Here is how to stop wounding yourself with your words and thought forms.......

Become aware of both the inner and outer conversations you are having with yourself and about your body and stop mentally and emotionally abusing yourself.

Do not acknowledge or identify with labels about who you supposedly are, or about what your mental state or health is. You are not that and you are not limited by others perceptions of you. Eliminate influences in your life that don't hold you in the light of the highest vision that you have for yourself.

Do not accept a “diagnosis” or call a diagnosed disease state "mine". Stop 'owning' dis-ease and start owning health.

Turn the volume down on lack, disease and death and turn the volume up on abundance, health, healing and life .

Focus in the direction you want to go, do not look back.

Speak as if you are healing and healed.

Your word is your wand.

Writing is spelling, so cast spells that are to your advantage, not to your detriment (watch your texts, e-mails and journaling).

Since both your spoken and written words are creating your world, use them consciously.
