HOW TO PREVENT A DIAGNOSIS

The way the medical system works is that you get a diagnosis once your health imbalance becomes pathological.
There is a whole space inbetween your first symptoms and disease.
You don't have to sit there, do nothing and let your situation get so bad that it eventually does warrant a diagnosis.
There is plenty that you can do to bring balance to your body to prevent that from happening.
Your body is intelligent and it speaks to you through symptoms.
It is trying to tell you that something is wrong and you need to change something.
If you don't know what your body is trying to tell you, then you have 3 empowering options in front of you, if you so choose to be empowered:
1. Go inside, talk to your body and ask it what the problem is (wait quietly to get a metaphysical answer)
2. Start researching how to cultivate health and take your health into your own hands.
3. See a natural health practitioner to get more direction and guidance that is specific to your unique situation.
Ideally, you implement all three for quickest and deepest results.
There is no one pill, diet or one size fits all plan for healing and health. Your path to healing will be as unique as you are.
Keep in mind that natural healing therapies are not drugs that suppress symptoms, so don’t expect instant results.
Think of it this way, you wouldn't go to a therapist once and expect them to ‘wave a magic wand’ and know exactly what words to say or what to ask you in the first session to clear years of trauma and drama in the first session right? Of course, you wouldn’t expect one session to completely transform your life!
Same when working with natural healing practitioners. It’s unrealistic to expect that ‘one session’ is going to completely transform the health of your body.
It takes time to identity and get to the root cause of your health issues and meet your body's unique individual needs.
What is needed is not always obvious and usually becomes apparent over time.
It's usually a process of experimentation.
Sometimes a process of elimination.
Be patient with yourself, with your body and with your practitioner.
True healing is a co-creative process and path.
Be patient today, if you don't want to be a patient tomorrow.
