Myth #29 – “Health foods” like whole grains, quinoa, kale chips, granola, yams and legumes etc. will get you skinny – Nope sorry these foods will keep you fat.

Myth #30 – You Will Have to Eat Perfectly Everyday for the Rest of Your Life if you Want to Stay Thin – Why that is just a sign of something else.
